Diagnostic Hearing Tests

Diagnostic hearing test is crucial to determine the type and degree of hearing losses. Types of hearing loss indicate the origin of hearing problem and the degrees of hearing loss tell its severity and impacts. Hearing test results will be showed in an audiogram with full explanation. Diagnostic test alone usually take about 15 to 20 minutes to complete in adults, 30 to 45 minutes in children.

Hearing consultation is a vital first step in the journey to a better hearing. We will start with a systematic review of past medical history, especially as it pertains to a family history of hearing loss. The impacts of hearing loss will be discussed here. Our Audiologist has a total of 13 years experience in hearing aid prescriptions and fittings. We provide personalized hearing aid setting that suits clients' needs, lifestyles and preferences. Clients will be monitored on their hearing aids usage and feedback periodically. Post-fitting verification and validation procedures will be performed to ensure optimum benefits. Hear Link is authorized by the renowned hearing aid manufacturers such as Oticon, Unitron and Widex to dispense and supply hearing aids.

Hearing Aid Repair Services

Hear Link provides good hearing aid post-fitting services to our clients, including fast and hassle-free hearing aid repairing and servicing. Our clients can request for a temporary hearing aid from us while waiting for their hearing aids to be returned from service lab. All our manufacturer service labs are located in Malaysia, thus repair lead time will not be an issue to our clients.
